Our Founder

Macdonald Modibedi

Macdonald has over 16 years in Property valuation and management experience. Before Modi-Res, he held multiple positions in the government sector as a Property Specialist. Macdonald's experience also extends to multiple roles in the private sector.

Macdonald holds the following qualifications:

  • Post Graduate Diploma (PGDA) in Property Development and Management-University of the Witswatersrand
  • National Diploma in Real Estate in Property Valuation (ND) – University of South Africa.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (General B.Com) - University of North West
  • Certificate in Practical Project Management (PPM)-University of South Africa Business School

    • He is registered with the following Professional bodies:
  • South African Council for Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) as a Professional Valuer
  • South Africa Institute of Valuers (SAIV)
  • Black Valuers Profession (BVP)
  • South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA)
  • South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP)
